These terms are set forth by 913 Productions. By paying for and downloading photos, you agree to the below licensing information.

All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. If there are any issues with your images please contact us immediately for correction. We will email you a link with access to the photos. Upon payment you are granted a restricted license to use all photos for your own marketing. This licensing extends to any website that may be promoting your property that are for rent or for sale. The license expires and/or becomes invalid once the open property listing is cancelled, expired, and/or closed. You do not have the right to resell or take any compensation for any photos delivered from 913 Productions Inc.

Each license is specific to property rental promotion or property sale promotion.

The photos may not be given to a third party such as a contractor, stager, designer, etc. 913 Productions retains ALL photography and digital rights for all photos, videos, tours, and floorplan services. Purchasing the photos gives you a temporary license for photo usage.

If copyright is violated or these terms are ignored, legal action will be taken.
